Note: Students are reminded to double check the formatting of the thesis cover page and separate page. Samples are available on the GS Platform (Students). |

Submit the final version of the thesis once the final grade of the thesis is available on the GS Platform (Students).
Note: Students who submit the final version of the thesis before 31 August 2024 would normally have the degree conferred within the same year. |
Thesis Submission Procedures
Students who belong to the “New Procedures” (students whose External Examiner(s) nomination(s) was/were approved on 14 December 2020 or after) must submit their theses online, while students using the “Conventional Procedures” (students whose External Examiner(s) nomination(s) was/were approved on or before 13 December 2020) will submit hard/soft copies of their theses directly to the GSO. To check which procedure to adopt, please perform the following steps:
If the answer to that field is “Yes”, please follow the procedures set out in the New Procedures.
If the answer to that field is “No”, please follow the procedures set out in the Conventional Procedures.
Please be aware that thesis submission is NOT allowed in the following situations:
